No need to bring a thing — we provide everything for your treatment, including premium products tailored to you. Just wear something comfortable and arrive ready to relax.

Our treatments range from 30 to 90 minutes. Sunrise Dreams is 30 minutes, Golden Hour is 60 minutes, and Sunset Tranquility is 90 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Yes! Gift vouchers are available for all our treatments, as digital eGifts or beautifully presented physical cards. Just fill in your details on our Gift Vouchers page and we'll be in touch personally to arrange everything for you.

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We use premium professional-grade products suitable for most hair types. Your online consultation lets you share any health history, specific needs, allergies, or sensitivities in advance, so we can tailor everything to you.

We're located at 3 Birdcage Walk, Dudley, West Midlands, DY2 7AE. Find us opposite Dudley Tram Station and within Sweetblinxx. There's parking available nearby, and the studio is easily accessible by public transport.
